International Dual Career Network: Accelerate your job search with headhunters
The International Dual Career Network (ICDN) was formed to help the Dual Career issues of international companies that have expatriates and foreign employees coming from abroad. The ICDN is mainly a great pool of talent dedicated to local and international companies looking for international talent.
The IDCN events are only open to spouses of member companies looking for a job.
The 4th IDCN event was organized at the Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by SUNSTAR.
Different Headhunter companies came to meet the spouse talent community of IDCN and explain them how they could give them a head-start and additional leverage in finding a job?

Purpose of the IDCN
•Facilitate job search of member company international spouses
•Enabling networking between international spouses
•Provide visibility of jobs available in the Suisse Romande area
•Give spouses opportunities to meet HR professionals who will provide insight into the “rules of the game” of local recruitment
•Help spouses better understand the local culture and environment
