In order to allow businesses and the business community to resolve disputes according to a procedure adapted to their needs, the CVCI proposes rules of international arbitration, internal arbitration, commercial mediation and conciliation.

Fast, transparent and confidential, these various procedures allow for deciding disputes outside the ordinary tribunals.

To benefit from these procedures, it suffices to include in the final provisions of contracts a reference to the clause:

• on international arbitration
• on internal arbitration
• on commercial mediation
• on conciliation

The CVCI has, moreover, constituted an Arbitration Committee, composed of five members, in charge of organizing the arbitration, ensuring its proper conduct and controlling the cost.

For parties involved in arbitration and mediation, the CVCI makes available its new meeting rooms (accommodating 6 to 68 persons according to their configurations). For further information, see Commercial arbitration and mediation center.
