In accordance with the statutes (adopted on 28 April 2005), the CVCI has three organs elected by the General Assembly :
The general management constitutes the secretariat of the association (see Departments).

The list of CVCI members can be consulted on the SWISSFIRMS site.
The activities of the CVCI are also governed by a charter established in 1998.
