Paul Coleman is Senior Vice President of XN Holdings, Inc. Paul is a graduate of McGill University, and co-ordinates business activities while integrating the interests of all stakeholders and third party vendors with the strategic objectives of the XN Group of Companies. Mr. Coleman has over fifteen years of international business acumen and possesses a thorough knowledge of financial and insurance markets and instruments, having designed and implemented comprehensive corporate programs as a corporate buyer and broker/agent. Mr. Coleman has extensive analytical experience and expertise in risk exposures and financial modeling, and has successfully implemented innovative technological solutions to treasury, global banking and insurance and risk management challenges.
Dag Zwikker has an in-depth knowledge of international life, health and special risk insurance for corporate and individual customers, gained over 9 years of experience in the industry. Dag joined Zurich in 2007 as a Corporate Client Relationship Manager, having previously worked for an international insurance broker based in Switzerland, with operations in Latin America. Dag benefits from his multilingual and cultural skills to develop relationships and distribution in cross-boarder markets. In his current role as Corporate Sales Manager, Dag manages Zurich's relationship with employee benefit consultants and international brokers in Continental Europe.
