Getting a local Contract in Switzerland: Managing the Transition (1)

Jan 14, 2011 08:30 AM to 01:30 PM

Changing from an expatriate to a local Swiss employment contract or arriving in Switzerland wiht a local contract will likely involve some changes for you and your family.

You might be wondering about what this implies – for everything ranging from your retirement scheme to the best schooling options for your children.

We can help you successfully manage this transition and answer your questions.

Join us for a first half-day workshop that will cover the following topics:

(second part in the afternoon)

8h30-9h15: Employment law in Switzerland

9h15-9h30: Disability and unemployment insurances in Switzerland

9h30-10h15: Buying property in Switzerland by Credit Suisse

10h15-10h30: Break

10h30-11h45: Pension and Retirement Planning in Switzerland by Credit Suisse

11h45-12h30: Private Insurances in Switzerland by IBC

Together with the expertise of our partners where applicable, we will provide you with a better understanding of the changes you may face and an overview of the options available to you.  We can also point you to a range of local resources, depending on your individual situation.

Our aim is to make your transition to a Swiss contract as smooth as possible.

The Workshop will be followed by a buffet lunch.
