The group will create a survey which will evaluate expat/foreign employees' satisfaction and needs after one year in Switzerland. The goal is to have an overview of what worked well during their relocation process and what could be improved. We also want to know what they really appreciate in their company and get suggestions on how to do better in the future.

The working group’s goal is also to organize how the survey will be submitted to employees and how we could share the results (confidentiality, use of the results, and much more).
