Stress: a significant experience in the expat's family life!
The consequences of stress in your work/life balance should be taken serious, certainly when considering relocation to a foreign country. HR professionals who need to assist with managing the expat’s stressful issues have to have access to the right tools to approach such situations and to offer the proper solutions.
Have you recently relocated to Switzerland? Do you work with employees who have been transferred here for their work? Being new in Switzerland can raise many questions and can be quite confusing.
Join us for presentations and a discussion with the experts in the field of global mobility. They will provide the information and tools needed to successfully adapt your organization in welcoming foreign employees and to comfortably adjust their life in Switzerland with their families. She also have experience in the testing and edition area, as she was French entry tests'conceptor for the Migros Clubschools (A1 to B2) and Co-author of the French Method Lingua 21 ( volumes A1, A2 and B1). After Master Degrees in Applied linguistics, Geography & Sociology-Anthropology, she completed her education in the domain of Adults'education and Management.
