True Cross-Cultural Training, Bienvenue en Suisse offers a presentation of Switzerland

through different facets: social, historical and cultural. It focuses on real and practical

experience of what it means to move to Switzerland depending on domiciles and regions

(Vaud, Geneva, Neuchâtel).

Participants go through a dynamic and interactive presentation with simulation and role

play. ‘Clichés’ and preconceived ideas of Switzerland are explained and put in today’s

context. Our pedagogical expertise - combining visual, verbal and active cognition -

fosters a very conducive and effective learning environment

Every training is prepared and tailor-made to the Participants’ needs and centres of

interest. A questionnaire covering diverse topics from work, leisure to family is sent ahead

of the session to gather the participant’s focus areas. The aim is to give a practical and

directly applicable knowledge and confidence in everyday situation.

Our presentation includes a tasting of local specialties, chosen according to the season and

‘today’s specials’. We look to mimic a typically ‘Swiss’ universe to merge content and live

experience.

Participants from non-member companies and foreign individuals pay a supplement of 100 CHF.
