Top wine-grower Reynald PARMELIN welcomes us to the Domaine La Capitaine in the vineyards of the Begnins-Luins.
Reynald has taken wine-growing to another dimension producing biological wines. Winner of numerous prizes - his Johanniter bio 2010 La Côte AOC has just been acclaimed 2011 Bio Wine of the year, and this for the third year running! Indeed, Renald is recognised as the top biological vigneron of the country.
Fine Parmelin wines will be selected to accompany the supreme Norwegian King Crabs and Scallops flown in especially for our event. Olav HOFF "King of the Crab" www.aocean.ch will have live crabs on display and. as well as fresh scallops, will demonstrate their preparation and cook these in front of us.
A networking event with a difference, so be sure to bring along your business colleagues and friends.
In order to ensure our live Norwegian seafood delivery corresponds to the number of guests for this event, please be sure to book early and no later than Monday, Feb.13th!
